While building a customised system for a small boutique hotel, Zokrath had to fully understand the operations and needs of the client. In the process, he realised that most boutique hotels are not able to afford the costs of off-the-shelf ERPs built for larger chain hotels. That's when Zokrath helped white-label the software after it was done with the client's permission, and signed on several other small hotels.
